QUEENS are available from the last week in March until the end of October. We normally ship by PRIORITY MAIL, but for even faster service, UPS is also available.

For Spring shipments we book orders in advance, send a confirming bill, and require a 50% deposit and payment in full before shipment. In the Summer and Fall we make shipments to credit-worthy customers before receiving payment.
Orders to be split into smaller shipments will qualify for the quantity price break if the order is placed and paid for at one time.

GUARANTEE: We will make one re-shipment only of any queens or package bees that are dead on arrival through no fault of the customer, if it is reported in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible and will not replace queens or package bees that are left in the cold or hot sun by your postal carrier. Please contact your local post office PRIOR to arrival and make arrangements for the proper care of the bees upon arrival.

Shipping and handling is not included on the replacement. Successful introduction is not guaranteed.
