Weaver Buckfast bees are bred in our apiaries in The Brazos Valley. By following the basic principles first developed by Brother Adam of Buckfast Abbey, we select our breeding queens carefully resulting in bees that are known for their gentleness, generous laying patterns, and abundant honey production.
We offer 4 options: plain, clipped only, marked only, or clipped and marked. Please indicate your selection in the dropdown box below. Please note that a clipped and marked queen is standard for our package bees and there is a $5 up-charge for any of the other 3 options.
